Which cards does Simplex accept?

Simplex accepts most credit and debit cards issued only by VISA and MasterCard.
We also accept virtual and prepaid cards.

However, some card issuers have their policies and may decline your transaction.

Before making a payment, please check all of the following: 

1. The card is eligible for international transactions
2. The card is enrolled in the 3DSecure program
3. There are enough funds in your account/on your card to complete the payment
4. Cryptocurrency purchases with this card are allowed by the issuer

Also, some banks may require additional authorization for cryptocurrency purchases. It would be best to clarify this with them before making the payment.
Currently, we cannot accept any cards other than VISA and MasterCard.

Additionally, MasterCard is not currently supported for cryptocurrency purchases from the US via our services. 
Users from the US can only use VISA personal debit cards, business debit cards and prepaid cards.
