How to make a currency conversion?

If you wish to make a currency conversion – please make sure that you have this functionality enabled for you (please check the agreement or clarify with the Relationship Manager assigned to you (Experiencing any issues?)).

Once you are logged in to the internet banking, please choose the Currency conversion button: 

As the next step, please choose the amount and currency you wish to convert and to which currency. Once done, please click Convert:

Note: before clicking Convert, you will always be presented with the current rate and fee:

Review the presented information and continue with the button Confirm:  

 Enter the code received via SMS to your phone number and press Confirm:

Once transaction is confirmed – you will be presented with confirmation message:
